1. Membership Refund Policy

At Mahan Mount, we want you to be completely satisfied with your membership. This policy outlines our refund and return procedures.

2. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with your membership within 30 days of purchase, you're eligible for a full refund of your membership fee. This applies to all membership plans.

3. Cancellation After 30 Days

Memberships cancelled after the 30-day period are subject to the following terms:

  • Cancellations within 90 days: 80% refund
  • Cancellations within 6 months: 60% refund
  • Cancellations after 6 months: No refund (membership continues)

4. Booking Cancellation Policy

For individual resort bookings:

  • Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in
  • 50% refund for cancellations 15-29 days before check-in
  • No refund for cancellations less than 15 days before check-in

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Log in to your account on our website
  2. Navigate to "My Memberships"
  3. Click "Request Refund"
  4. Fill out the refund request form
  5. Submit the form for review

6. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Exclusions

The following are non-refundable:

  • Services already rendered or used
  • Memberships transferred to another person
  • Additional charges for amenities or services
